Dr. McGrath meets personally with her patients for a one-on-one consultation. She spends much time preoperatively with her patients, reviewing the procedures, going over the pros and cons of each, and making sure that her patients have realistic expectations. Her goal is to achieve a natural look; one that is in proportion to other features, using a woman's sensitivity to detail. Dr. McGrath's surgical procedures have a very high degree of patient satisfaction, which is evidenced by her high amount of patient referrals of their friends and family members for care.
The cosmetic procedures are performed on an outpatient basis at an accredited medical facility.

Eyelid Lift, also known as Blepharoplasty.
As we age our eyelids may stretch causing the muscles which support them to weaken. This causes sagging eyebrows, droopy upper lids and bags under the eyes, which gives an older appearance and may also impair vision. Blepharoplasty repairs droopy eyelids by removing the excess skin, muscle and fat.
